Mr. Sudeep Bahadur Singh is charing Sunaulo Parivar Nepal's board as vice-president for more than three years. He had joined the board with 20 years of experience in development sector since 1989. He has proven ability in capacity building with focus on increase in sustainable livelihood opportunities of the disadvantaged; especially women and conflict victims, by sensitizing on social safety nets and capacity building projects at grassroots to national level. He has led multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams in complex situation and demanding environments. I possess strong negotiation skills and in the improvement in community resilience by turning crisis into opportunity to make people not just survive but thrive. I have always managed my team by working synergistically and collectively to produce remarkable results.

Mr. Singh say, "Women’s health, sexual reproductive health and family planning is very crucial for the overall development humankind; however, women’s health in particular requires more attention; hence it should be facilitated with special care. I believe in equality, equal opportunity for all and equal rights; which should be followed by accountable responsibilities.

SPN is one of the best platform which ensures women to exercise their rights by making their own choices; this perception inspired me to serve the esteemed SPN Board. I feel SPN should always serve the nation by facilitating the people with quality services. Let us be one of the small but important instrument to achieve the Global Goals; so as to ensure healthy lives and well-being for all. Let us serve the needy and make our services accessible and affordable to poor; so as to make the world believe in ‘Children by Choice not by Chance’."
